The Project includes addition of a new "Upper Site" flow train and extensive renovations to the existing "Lower Site" flow train.  Major items to be constructed include the following:

• RAS/WAS Pump Station No. 4
• Secondary Clarifiers 5 & 6

• Primary Sludge Pump Station
• Effluent Filter Pump Station
• Primary Anoxic Tanks
• Sludge Storage Tanks 3 - 5
• Post Aeration Structure Expansion
• Lab Building Expansion
• Lower Site Secondary Clarifier Flow Distribution Box
• Modifications to Existing UV Disinfection System
• Chemical Building
• Expansion and Modifications to Solids Dewatering Building. 

The Upper Site flow train must be completed and placed online before the Lower Site flow train can be taken out of service for modifications.
