The Project consisted of a new membrane softening facility as an addition to the existing water treatment plant for the City of West Carrollton, Ohio. The work included:

• Membrane Equipment, Cartridge Filters, Pumps, Chemical Systems, and Degasifier System
• Concrete and Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction
• Miscellaneous Metals and Architectural Work
• Process Mechanical, Yard Piping, Jack and Bore, and Directional Drilling
• Concentrate Pond and Associated Equipment
• Plumbing and HVAC
• Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems
• Electrical and Instrumentation

USC completed this Project on schedule. USC provided significant value engineering on this project in coordination with the Owner and Engineer in order to maintain the construction budget.
