 This project consists of the construction of a new 0.6 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant including:
- Influent Parshall Flume
- Mechanical Screen Chamber
- Aerated Grit Chamber
- Oxidation Ditch
- Two (2) Secondary Clarifiers
- RAS/WAS Pump Station
- Ultraviolet Disinfection Channel
- Effluent Pump Station
- Sludge Dewatering Building with Centrifuge and Chemical Feed Systems
- Supernatant Pump Station
- Aerobic Digesters
- Laboratory Building
- Post Aeration/Dechlorination Facility with Cascade Aerator and Dechlorination Building
- Associate Site Improvement
This Project required the excavation and backfill of 116,000 cubic yards of soil and rock, placement of 2,000 cubic yards of concrete, and installation opportunities of 15,000 feet of pipe. USC was able to provide significant cost savings to the Owner by developing and implementing Value-Engineering ideas.
