The Project included construction of a fully automated Potable Water Booster Pump Station. The Project included:

• Reinforced cast-in-place concrete foundation and brick and block masonry construction
• Five horizontal split case booster pumps
• Process piping, valves and plumbing work
• Precast concrete Chemical Injection Pit and Metering Pit
• Complex yard piping utility work consisting of ductile iron pipe, reinforced concrete
• Pipe and pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe
• 100 foot long X 48-inch diameter Bore and Jack

The Project included five specific phases during construction. USC carefully planned and executed these shutdowns and cut-ins during nights and weekends in order to minimize shutdowns to the water system.

After start-up of the new pump station the existing pump station was completely demolished.
