Matt Ulliman hired me as a co-op engineer way back in the 80's. It didn't take long for me to realize that this was a 'happening' industry – and that I wanted to be a part of the action. I had a blast working across our operating region building water infrastructure (which is the most fun infrastructure to build, if you ask me). Eventually, I had the opportunity to help start Ulliman Schutte, and since then I've had countless chances to take on new roles and responsibilities within the company. Now we're building for the future, and any bright, ambitious individual who joins US would have the same opportunity!
